Pricing FAQ
Does Ava send things without asking me?
No. Ava preps the work — invoices, replies, appointments — and you approve with one tap before anything goes to a client. You're always in control.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No card is collected for the trial, so nothing is charged unless you subscribe. Once subscribed, cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription — no phone call, no hoops. We also email you before your trial ends.
Do my replies and invoices use up my 1,000 emails?
Never. Everyday emails (invoices, replies, reminders) are completely free and unlimited, always. The 1,000/month only applies to campaign blasts like promotions and newsletters.
Are there any other fees?
No hidden fees, no per-user fees, no setup fees. If you send a lot of marketing emails, optional top-up packs are available. Standard card processing rates apply when your clients pay invoices online (that's Stripe's fee, and the money goes to your own Stripe account).
